Los Cristianos of the 1950s was a very different place from what it is today back then it was a sleepy fishing village until the 60s and 70s when mass tourisim has change its face for good. However the fishing fleet still remains and the church in the town square a place to sit and people watch make this a more relaxed town than its vibrant neibour Playa Las Americas. The town boast two blue flag beaches a long promenade with toilets and disabled facilates running of the promenade are many streets full of resteraunts serving up all manners of international dishes to the shops selling designer wear ,perfumes, camaras and a host of souveneirs. Out and about there are many theme parks one of the best is Loro Park but there are many others such as the water park Aqualand in Costa Adeje ,Monkey park,Jungle park,Cactus park just outside Los Cristianos most have free buses.Los Cristianos is a great place to spend your holiday summer or winter lots to do and see or just relax and soak up the all year round sun.
